We are almost done! This project consisted of a complete 15,000 SF interior demolition of a landmark near downtown Mission. The finishing touches are being made on this Class A 4 level office renovation. Improvements include new common area restrooms, elevator and a industrial contemporary finish.
We have been excited to be working with the investors Roger Orbist & Mike Kincaid @ 5920 Nall LLC as well as Joel Perry @ Indwell Architecture in the total transformation of what will be the “go to” office building in the area.
RED Brokerage is the listing agent for this new office space which will be available this summer. Multiple tenant spaces are available on 3 different levels.
